still my home.
How it works

A notice on your title. Your approval on every sale.

Deed fraud works because nobody checks with the real owner. We put a notice in the public record that says they must, and we back it with a $1,000,000 restoration warranty.

59%
of title companies saw someone try to sell a property by posing as its owner in 2025.

1

Sign up in two steps

Enter your name, email, phone and the address of the home, then pay. That is the whole sign-up.

We pull your current deed from the county records ourselves, so there is no paperwork for you to find.

2

Prove you are the owner, once

A photo ID and a live selfie, checked by our identity verification partner and matched to the name on the deed.

We ask once and never again. If a company or trust owns the home, we also ask for one document showing you can sign for it.

3

We record a notice on your title

We file the notice with your county recorder. It becomes part of the public record for your home.

That record is the first thing a buyer, a lender or a title company reads before any closing. We handle the filing from start to finish.

4

The notice asks every sale to check with you first

It asks anyone handling a sale, transfer or loan on your home to check with the owner through us first.

A forger can copy your signature. A forger cannot answer as you.

You confirm or you say no

When someone asks, you get a text and an email with one question. If you are selling, say yes. If you are not, say no and we tell the company.

Approving a real sale costs nothing, for you or for the company that asked.

What the notice does not do

It does not change who owns your home

You stay the owner. Your mortgage, taxes and insurance are untouched.

It does not get in the way of a real sale

When you decide to sell or refinance, you approve it and the closing goes ahead.

It does not lock you in

You can have the notice removed whenever you want, at no charge. It also ends on its own 5 years after it is recorded, and we record it again before then while your membership is active.

Stop deed fraud before it starts.
